Barbell Villains ONLY OFFERS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.


Return Policy
At Barbell Villains, we take pride in the quality and detail of every product we release. If you’ve received your order and aren’t satisfied with it, we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package.

Please read the following policy carefully:

 

Refunds & Order Cancellations
All sales are final once shipped. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation for a full refund by contacting us at [your email]. We reserve the right to approve or deny any cancellation requests based on fulfillment status.


Exchanges and Shipping

  • Barbell Villains does not cover the shipping cost for:

    • Money-back returns

    • Store credit

    • Exchanges

  • Once we receive your item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Returns for Money-Back Refund

  • Barbell Villains does not cover return shipping costs for refunds.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • With original tags attached

  • If any signs of wear are present, you will receive store credit instead of a refund — no exceptions.


Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We do not cover the shipping cost for store credit returns.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Free from damage

  • We will not accept items with:

    • Animal or human hair

    • Odors (smoke, cologne, sweat, detergent, etc.)

    • Deodorant marks or stains

  • Final Sale, Sale, or Holiday Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The name on the order

  • The email used

  • A brief description of your issue


Already Initiated a Return or Exchange?
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return once received. You’ll get a confirmation email with the status of your return or exchange.


Received the Wrong Item?
Email barbellvillainshq@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Email used

  • Photo of the incorrect item with packing slip

Once confirmed, we’ll send you a return label and ship the correct item within 7–10 business days.


Received a Damaged or Defective Product?
Send an email to barbellvillainshq@gmail.com including:

  • Order number

  • Name and email used

  • Your request: Refund or replacement

  • Clear photo of the issue (taken on a flat surface showing the tag and damage or print error)

We’ll review it and take care of you — and work to prevent future issues.


Incorrect Shipping Address
Barbell Villains is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Your responsibility: Double-check shipping info before placing the order.

  • If an incorrect address was submitted:

    • We won’t reship for free

    • But we’ll offer a 50% discount on your next order (excluding shipping)
